There are a number of free accessible bays in the car park providing you can display a valid Blue Badge.

Accessible toilets can be found around the tour and there is a Changing Place in the lobby which can be accessed by a RADAR key, if you don’t have one please ask a member of staff.

Assistance dogs who have completed their training are allowed on the tour and if they need a bowl of water a member of staff will wave their magic wand so they don’t go thirsty.

Wheelchairs are permitted on the tour, but if you are attending in a group please contact the attraction before your visit because some areas of the tour can only accommodate a certain number of chairs at one time.

Please note Dragon Alley has a cobbled street, the Forbidden Forest is on a spongy surface, the Great Hall is on a slate floor and the Privet Drive has a narrow doorway. The Hogwarts Bridge can only be accessed up a short staircase and The Knight Bus has a short boarding platform which cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

The Hogwarts Express is not suitable for wheelchairs but there is a viewing carriage at the rear.

The green screen area is suitable for two accessible photo opportunities. If you would like to be snapped on a broomstick you must be able to climb on-board yourself, but seatbelts are available.

If you wish to use a mobility vehicle they need to be no wider than 86cm, although there are a limited manual wheelchairs for hire at the venue.

Seats are situated around the tour and a limited number of foldup chairs can be hired at the venue.

For visitors with hearing loss handheld Digital Guides are available for the tour, some of which can be subtitled.

The studio can provide a portable iPad which has a subtitled version of the cinema film, these need to be booked in advance by calling Visitor Services on 0800 640 4550

Induction loops operate throughout the tour and work via the ‘T-coil’ (T switch) function. Personal induction loops can also be provided for the Digital Guides which can be collected at the Studio Tour’s lobby.

There’s a sensory room on the tour for visitors with additional requirements such as autism which contains a mirror ball, interactive light box, tactile mirrors and a Sensory Shell Chair. This is located near the Backlot Café, if you would like to use the facility just speak to a member of staff.

If you have a hidden disability Sunflower Lanyards are available at the Ticket Window or Information Desk, the staff are fully trained to assist if you need any extra support.

After a year in operation the Warner Bros. Studio Tour was officially opened by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on April 26 2013 who were joined by Prince Harry and Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, who was unable to attend the grand opening in 2012.
