Katie Price has published a new book detailing the challenges she faces being a mum to a severe disabled son.

Nineteen-year-old Harvey Price was born with a number of disabilities including autism, vision loss and Prader Willi Syndrome.

Katie reveals she considered an abortion three times when pregnant with Harvey, but could not bring herself to go through with it.

Now a proud mum of five children she knows she made the right decision.

In her new book Katie recalls when her son Junior had a chance meeting with Harvey’s brother Brandon Tiger when he was on holiday with his dad and Katie’s ex-husband Peter Andre.

Brandon, whose dad is former footballer Dwight Yorke, has never met Harvey despite Katie speaking to his ex-girlfriend and Brandon’s mother, Naomi Smith to arrange for the two boys to get together.

Katie’s mum Amy says Harvey is missing out on a relationship with his dad and his half-brother.

Despite Katie making contact with Dwight he has refused to have any relationship with Harvey.

In Katie’s mind Dwight has ‘disowned’ his son, he called Harvey on his 10th birthday, but did not know how to handle the conversation when Harvey asked when they were going to meet.

The last time Katie met Dwight was over a meal in Cheshire in 2012 when he told her he had no plans meeting Harvey ever again.

In the book Katie reveals she believes Uri Geller was able to restore some of Harvey’s sight after they met in the green room for a Richard & Judy show despite being told by doctors her son would never be able to see.

Katie Price: Harvey & Me, published by Mirror Books, is on sale now at the RRP of £20.
