Ex-NFL Player refuses to pay his Disabled Daughter's Medical Bills

Clint Session’s sporting career came to an abrupt end in 2011. After signing a $30 million five-year deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars he suffered multiple concussions during one of his first games. In December 2012 he resigned from the NFL.
After losing his sporting status Session paid less attention to his partner, Davia Bradshaw who was about to give birth to their daughter, Ashton.
The relationship broke down and following a complicated birth Davina was left with a baby born with encephalopathy, cerebral palsy and a brain defect.
Davina spent the following three years asking Sessions to help with their daughters medical bills. According to records the ex-NFL player paid Bradshaw $75,100 in ‘erratic bundles’ between April 2012 and December 2014.
He then turned up in court, without a lawyer claiming he was ‘broke’. Although an accountant claims he transferred $5.1 million into his parents’ bank account before his daughter was born.
In 2015 Session bought a house for $850,000 complete with a $17,521 refrigerator, donated $20,000 to a local church and showered his new girlfriend with gifts which included a $34,820 Mercedes.
In February Session was ordered to pay $69,000 a month in child support and cover the bank payment which mounts too $2,000 per month.
His ex is unhappy with the agreement and claims Sessions has only paid $1,000 so far this year.
