DAILY PLAN IT

Last night at the Royal Court Of Justice, London a DAILY PLAN IT journalist was just seconds away at meeting Superman when she heard he was making a surprise visit. Louis Slane reports.

July 13th 2006 started as any other on the streets of London last night. This changed when I passed the Court Of Justice where a hype of activity was taking place. As I quickly entered the forecourt a brass band played a familiar film track and a bar was serving free drinks.
I hurried inside as I heard Superman had just arrived at

Behind this was a roped off area with celebrities such as Kevin Spacey and a guy who looked very familiar called Brandon Routh. Somehow I recognize him, but no idea where from - he was very well built. Like a man of steel! He was there with his partner, Kate Bosworth.

Angry at myself that I had just missed Superman I drowned my sorrows on champagne and headed home around 1am.
Something tells me however that Superman will return to the city in a few years time. Until then my only chance of seeing him is at my local cinema watching his new film.

the venue, his last sighting was hours before in Leicester Square. Brushing past celebrities such as McFly munching on small bowls of beef and lamb with potatoes among other appetizers I came across a huge figure head representing our sister paper, The Daily Planet. Below this was a small dancefloor. But still no sign of Superman himself.
