Bipolar Disorder - Be warned, if someone tells you they are Bipolar it means they are suffering from mental depression. One minute they could be over excited and the next miserable as sin. They may also hear sounds which don't exist. Of course, we all have our mood swings, but people who have Bipolar can do some pretty weird stuff. They can splash loads of money in one go, talk blooming quickly, lack sleep and eat very little. Worse still they may become angry and a pain in the arse at times. The 'mood swings' are referred to as 'mania'. When a Bipolar person snaps out of a mania they may be surprised at their actions. They can also be concerned of their weight and appearance making them quite depressed.

Blindness - We were going to leave this one out. As let's face it, if you can't see our website isn't going to gain you as a reader is it? Still, if a mate is reading this out for you or you have a bloody clever guide dog here's some info on this condition. If you can't see it is because you lack visual perception thanks to physiological or neurological issues. Not all blind people are completely 'blind' ( hope that makes sense! ). To put it another way, there's different levels of 'blindness'. Those who can't see a thing have no light perception 'NLP'. Those who 'do' have light perception can identify light from dark, but that's about as far as it goes. 1 blind person a year is killed by idiots standing behind them on a pedestrian crossing going 'Beep, Beep, Beep' which is neither funny or clever.

Bulimia - Or Bulimia Nervosa to give it's proper title. A polite medical term for a greedy person who can't stop stuffing their face with food. Reports show 1% of the population are Bulimic. Sufferers much their way though grub in a very short period of time. Some puke up after a binge and/ or take laxatives so they make way for their next 8 course meal! Bulimia is the opposite to Anorexia. The cause of Bulimia is still unknown and if you think we are making this up, we will eat our words!
