What a bully may be called if he or she takes the piss out of somebody with a speech impediment!
Hopefully when you were a little baby you had a Polio vaccine as this disease is highly contagious. You can pick it up from contaminated food, dirty water and even swimming pools. Luckily, in most cases Polio causes very little or no effects, but 10% of cases can cause a deterioration in health. 5% of Polio cases cause 'abortive polio' for a couple of days after a few weeks since catching the disease the sufferer may acquire headaches, vomiting, sore throat, abdominal pain and a slight fever. Nonparalytic polio. nonparalytic polio is when the symptoms are much worse and muscles in the neck & limbs may become stiff. As you may have twigged, because there's nonparalytic polio, there's a paralytic kind. This is where other parts of the body may be effected. In most cases just one limb will be infected, but in some cases eating, breathing and bowel functions may be extremely difficult. This should improve in time, but lasting side effects can leave suffers crippled. The worse case scenario? You will die.
