The Levellers round off our live music reviews

Concert: 15th March 2011 - Southampton Guildhall

ABLE2UK CLASSIC: Reliving Live8

WE RE-LIVE ONE OF THE GREATEST DAYS OF OUR LIVES AT LIVE8.

Back in 2005 we experienced a day which we will never forget. We were fortunate to know about Live8 before the concert was announced, although we had no idea how massive this event would turn out to be. As the line-up grew, so did our expectations.

Over the recent years the music industry has seen considerable changes. A large percentage of us no longer spend our Saturday afternoons moping around record stores, just ask worried HMV staff members who are seeking counseling from past Zavvi employees. Downloading is now the way forward to hear your latest favourite tracks. Compact Discs are collecting dust over their once shiny covers and being stored away in attics beside that other invention we once referred to as vinyl and music videos are readily available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week thanks to the ever growing network of music television channels.

Last month we predicted who would walk away from The O2 Arena with a Brit Award under their drunken arms. Here's the full results and how our predictions panned out...

It may seem a tad harsh to say, but out of the five nationwide BBC radio stations Radio 3 always seems to have a bum deal. For instance, can you name five regular presenters on the channel? To be perfectly honest, we can't name one!

Mötorhead celebrate their 35th year in 'the business'.

Concert: 21th November 2010 - Southampton Guildhall

If there was ever a rock cult-icon who needed no introduction; it would be Lemmy. The lead singer of Mötorhead is clearly recognised by his iconic moustache and his infamous mutton chops. His band, which was originally going to be called 'Bastard', also needs little form of introduction since they have being doing the rounds since 1975. Despite this, their current 35th anniversary tour, 'The Wörld Is Yours' opens with the immortal words, 'We Are Mötorhead' and penetrates into gear with the 2000 track bearing the same title.

Robin Hill Country Park is the Jo Whiley of Britain's Theme parks as should the attraction come to a close before the end of the month nobody would notice and it wouldn't be any loss to the British public.

'That's been noted'. 'Yep, that's noted as well'. 'OK, I will take that into account- it's been noted.'

Relax, our three months of hyper-festival activity haven't taken a toll on us and deteriorated our journalistic quality, although the bitter twisted amongst you would point out that our poor reviews commenced back in May with our feedback from the Evolution Weekender. No, the opening sentence to this year Bestival report traces us back a year when we interviewed Rob Da Bank, the festival's creator, and brought to his attention accessibly issues which we thought required a slight adjustment.

Guess who we spotted roaming around the disabled campsite Saturday morning? Not many people knew he was there. In fact, ABLE2 could well be the only source of this exclusive news. On Saturday morning, at Reading Festival - we bumped into Bono! How bloody amazing is that? Apparently Bono was supposed to be at Glastonbury yet a back injury forced him to pull out, but today he looked extremely healthily and was doing his good deed keeping an eye on the disabled guests. We will talk more of Bono later, but let's give you a run down of the other facilities campers with special needs were treated to over the Bank Holiday weekend...

Guns N'Roses. Sunday July 30th 2006. Wembley Arena. Some concerts pass without an iota of memories, in our situation most do. Ask us about a random gig we attended over the past twelve months and the chances are we have little relocation of the concert itself although Axl Rose's performance ten years ago stays in our minds, unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons.
