30 year old Grzegorz Matlok is the crazed Madonna fan who caused the singer distress by breaking into the singer’s house in March by smashing one of her windows and climbing up the scaffolding. Once inside he drank a can of Red Bull, which gave him enough energy to rifle through her bedclothes before being caught red-handed by film director, Nathan Rissman.
Matlock suffers from schizophrenia which led him to believe Madonna had emotional feelings for him and told the police he had Madonna’s blessing to stay at her house when she was away. A statement the singer strongly denies.
At a court hearing on Monday (24 October) the Polish criminal was sentenced to an indefinitely stay at a secure psychiatric unit.
It is obvious that Grzegorz suffers from mental health issues, although whether he is insane enough to go and watch W.E. when the film is released later this year remains to be seen!
